LEGENDS RISING: SEASON 2, EPISODE 5

Legends Rising was a documentary series directed by Josh Finn at Riot Games that premiered in 2015 and centered on several players leading up to and during the World Championships. Six players are highlighted each year - one from each of the five major regions (North America, Europe, Korea, China and Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macao) and one from Brazil (Revolta). This 7-part episodic documentary series, followed six League of Legends pro players. This episode “Contender”  focused on both Revolta’s personal and professional life, along with the struggles of being a professional gamer.

This documentary was shot across the countries of China, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Germany, Sweden, and Canada in the course of a year. Edited over 2 months with multiple editors cutting everything from teasers to full length 20 minute player episodes.
